How it Started

Photography was a starting point of my design career. It began as a hobby but eventually developed into a way to share stories and understand people in a more empathetic way. As I continued with projects that incorporated some of my photos such as Kate's Cheese Co., photography became a tool for my design work. It was helpful not only to tell the stories of people and products but also to understand concepts and emotions that might not be able to be expressed through words.

Going forward, I hope to combine photography into design as a way of crafting personas and storytelling. Designing for products, businesses, and people always require photographs. They play a big role of capturing the emotion that can be conveyed when users interact with the final product. Below are a sample of photos I've taken from various projects varying from portrait, conceptual, and landspaces.
